Terms & Conditions — gen4 Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gen4 platform at gen4.my, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, betting, gaming, and withdrawals.

If you are accessing gen4 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. gen4 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. To register and use a gen4 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Each individual may only hold one gen4 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, gen4 reserves the right to close the additional account or accounts, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity carried out under your gen4 account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact gen4 support without delay so the account can be secured.

All deposits to your gen4 account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). gen4 supports local Philippine payment channels including online and mobile banking and supported local e-wallets. gen4 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gen4 will not accept funds from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a source not belonging to the account holder, gen4 may return the funds and restrict the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply. These amounts are displayed within your gen4 account at the time of depositing. gen4 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Deposits are generally credited to your PHP balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. gen4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors.

All bets placed through gen4 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. gen4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming categories on gen4:

• Bets may only be placed using available funds in your PHP balance. You cannot bet on credit or place bets that exceed your current balance.
• gen4 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds displayed due to a system fault, or any event that was settled in error.

• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PHP balance and are available for further play or withdrawal subject to these terms.

• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or unintended offers for financial gain is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Withdrawals from your gen4 account are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified Philippine bank account or supported local e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits gen4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

gen4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if gen4 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Activity on the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, gen4 may withhold some or all of the balance in that account pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure is initiated by gen4 for other reasons, any remaining verified PHP balance will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment method.

You may close your gen4 account at any time by contacting platform support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered Philippine payment account after standard verification.

gen4 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If a material change is made to these terms, gen4 may notify registered account holders through in-platform messaging or other communication channels. Continued use of the platform after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of these terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.
